Brand new location in Evergreen Park.. I must say that I like this location, good food, good service and it's new.. what is there not to like?? I really love their frozen custard in shakes(banana is my favorite), sundaes, and concrete mixers... I know i will be coming to this location often, so maybe i can give an update later once I try more of their menu. I almost forgot to mention that their butter burger is pretty darn good for being a chain burger. Prices are reasonable for the quality that you get.

This was my first time stepping into a Culver's. My husband and I were hungry and were under the time crunch because he had a call to do in Rockford. Chi Tung across the road was extremely busy so we had a quick plan change. I think they should be climbing up in terms of their "star status" because they definitely deserve more than 2.5 stars. First of all, the menu isn't too difficult to understand so I was able to make a decision relatively quickly. The food tasted hot and workers were friendly and patient with you. I ordered the Wisconsin patty melt combo for me and butter burger combo for my hubby. There were choice of single, double, and triple patties but I didn't see the need to order more than a single. The prices are what you would expect out of a fast food restaurant. The young man who cleaned the dining room did a great job greeting the patrons and was very courteous. Overall, the management must have made some positive changes to elevate their customer service and other aspects of operation. We will probably be back if we ever pass through the Evergreen Park neighborhood since we don't live anywhere close to this area.

The only fast food that consistently gets the order right and the staff is SUPER friendly. Easily the best customer service at fast food places in the Beverly/EP area. Plus the food is good - much better quality than most fast food joints. I'm not saying I eat fast food a lot, but when I do it's probably going to be at this Culvers.

Just had Culvers for the second time since they opened in Evergreen park. I would rather have McDonald's.

For the person that said they would rather have McDonalds A HAAAA A HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA seriously??? you must have no money.. hey to each there own but I went there for the first time never been and the commercial about the hand battered fish (cod) had me wanting to try Culvers (never had) I didn't know there was one on 95th and Kedzie... Well went had the Cod, Dinner along with a Bacon Deluxe.. Mund you you pay a bit more than a McDonalds or Burger King but my god after seeing the Bacon Burger I was like Mcdonalds WHAT???? I will never go back to that S*#T hole again. The Burger was sooo mouth watering It was amazing. So big I wish I had a camera phone to take a picture. it was 3 something but comparing this to one of McDonalds premium burgers is like night and day. Culvers is amazing!! The Cod was outstanding big thick pieces such taste. I go to Phoenix every year and they have Sonic, In and Out Burger, Jack In The Box.... I always thought to myself why do I have to settle for McDonalds, Burger King, Or Wendys?? I always wished there was a In and Out Burger or Jack In The Box like Arizona cause when I went there there burgers were sooo much better than the big 3. Well Culvers blows all them out the water and then some 5 stars all around@!!!! I cant wait to go back and try all the other burgers and items my god! I honestly don't think I will ever hit up McDonalds again unless its 3am im drunk and I have 3 dollars in my pocket lol. CULVERS ALL THE WAY Oh and best fries out there mmmmmmmmmmmmm nothing like crinkle cut!! Staff was friendly as well!!! I will be back next week and many many MANY more weeks to come that's how much I enjoyed it Presentation is KEY and the food presentation was amazing...... Sooooooooooo unless you like your burgers small and smashed I say go to Culvers AMAZING!!!

This is the closest culvers that I know of near the southside of Chicago. This was something I took into consideration as I was coming from the southwest suburbs and wanted to bring my friends a treat following the meal that my friends wife cook for us. I went here to pick up a couple of concrete mixers and sundaes because I had coupons for each. When I went up to the counter the guy said I could use both coupons even though technically you're only supposed to use one per transaction. That was very nice of him. I ended up getting the monthly special which was the cookie dough salted caramel. I didn't know what I was getting myself into you but that was the absolute most delicious concrete mixer I've ever had. The sundaes where nothing out of this world. My friends agreed likewise when they tasted each of them for themselves. Long story short get the salted caramel concrete mixer before it disappears!

This was my first visit to a Culver's and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my patty melt value deal. I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did. It was quite tasty and what really pleased me was that it didn't taste cheap. The shake was really good and the prices are reasonable. I rarely eat fast food but it's worth a visit if you're hungry and in in the area.

I was in the area and decided to try Culvers for the first time. There was line wrapped around the store for the drive thru, so decided to go inside. I was very suprised at the customer service and layout of the business. Everyone was very nice including the manager that did a great job coaching his employees. The burgers were not that great. Nothing special, but none the less fresh. 4 stars for the service, but will keep heading to 5 Guys for my burgers.

Ordered at the drive thru and when I got home I discovered the order was VERY wrong. Called immediately and spoke to a very nice young lady who apologized for the mixup. She offered to immediately remake the order or gift coupons for future order--my choice. Excellent customer service. Cheese curds were fabulous. Looking forward to tasting their burger in the near future.

Ok-- sometimes I get a GREAT burger. Sometimes I get a GREASY mess. I could put up with inconsistency if I were paying McDonald's prices but to pay real restaurant prices for guess-the-quality burgers is just unacceptable. Then, I take a spoonful of my sub-par concrete mixer and am upset with myself when I realize Andy's Custard is just a hop, skip, and a jump from here! Ugh. The struggles of a coupon-holding foodie!

Great place! Some of these reviews are hilarious. "A refund in the mail?" I am dying laughing...lady are you serious? Who the hell has time to file a formal complaint to receive a refund in the mail for a fast casual restaurant? Ridiculous. Burgers are always fantastic and staff is accommodating! This is a great spot to have in EP!

The best customer service when it comes to fast food. I hate going to other places and not even getting a "Good Morning'. I get all of that and help out to may car. They even have treats for by dogs. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job.

they got my order wrong in the drive thru 3 weeks ago and I called and was told that I would receive a refund in the mail. um... still waiting. I actually talked to the manager and he said he was going to drop it in the mail immedietly. I won't be back till they keep their word.

I love the flavor of the ice cream here and the consistency of it. I asked for something similar to a Blizzard because I have never been to this establishment before and was told to get a mixer so I got the Reese's one. It tasted like generic Reese's which I didn't like. Next time, I would probably get something else. Also, their parking lot is a hot mess. It was like a maze trying to get out of it.

My dog needed a treat, so I took him for a drive through Culver's drive-up. OK, doesn't sound like much of a treat, but he liked it enough. Anyway, I wanted to try that pepper-whatever-pub burger. It's fabulous. No two ways about it, I want to have that one again. Thanks, Culver's!

Quite honestly one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Much rather have McDonald's The patties are thin, burned and flavorless. The fries are standard, and the ice-cream is good depending on your preference. The shakes and malts are of the thick and heavy variety. It's literally sipping cream through a straw. If that's your style, go for it. The fried curds are okay, not as great as you'd hope. There is nothing that this place offers that would make it necessary to venture if you're in the area. It's expensive and a waste of money.
